What you can expect
-
As a psychotherapist and registered social worker, I support teens and adults navigating low self-esteem, emotional disconnection, and anxiety. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt or disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or their sense of purpose.
I bring compassionate curiosity and a deep love for this work, creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. I’m genuinely excited to get to know you and begin our work together.
I completed my undergraduate studies at McMaster University and hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Waterloo. I’m currently pursuing a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Health Professions Education at the University of Ottawa, with a focus on clinician education and training.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. You’re the expert in your own life — my role is to support you in building a life that feels meaningful and workable for you. My approach is eclectic and person-centered, grounded in compassion and curiosity.
Our work might include:
Exploring patterns in your past and present
Learning strategies to manage distressing thoughts or emotions
Increasing self-acceptance and reducing shame
Building a more fulfilling, values-aligned life
I’m trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate these tools collaboratively and flexibly, based on your needs.

Low self-esteem and chronic shame
Anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation
Sexuality and gender identity exploration
